Anna Sweet

Anna has worked as Head of Creative at Deliveroo for the last two years, managing a multi-disciplinary team of content creators, art directors, designers, copywriters and creative strategists. She led through a major transformation as the business moved from founder-led to a full corporate structure after being bought by DoorDash halfway through her tenure, which she was well equipped to navigate after her time working at Amazon for four years prior. Anna partnered with Deliveroo ops teams to restructure the department whilst overseeing the high-quality creative. As well as this she worked with the team to transform their production processes to incorporate AI, and developed a custom tool for the copy department, so the team could work at pace to scale projects, including the delivery of a campaign for FIFA World Cup 2026. Anna also moved to become Global Head of Creative during the second half of her tenure, overseeing creative excellence for the creative studio in the UAE, France and Italy.

As Senior Creative Lead at Amazon, Anna’s team won global in-house agency of the year in the London International Awards, and gained extensive experience creating local and global advertising campaigns across the EU on their Prime and core retail brand at Amazon XCM.

Anna has built a varied and exciting portfolio of work for a wide range of blue-chip brands, charities and corporate businesses. Working as an integrated creative since the start of her career, she has worked through a variety of channels including TV, VR, social, mobile, print, outdoor and online.

Anna has concepted, written to execution and overseen the production of award-winning campaigns and work for large corporate businesses - Amazon, META, Siemens, Unilever, Procter&Gamble, Philips, Kellogg's, ASICS, Hewlett Packard, DHL, Western Union and Sony PlayStation. In local markets and independent organisations, she has created pitch-winning and award-winning work for Condé Nast’s Wired UK, McDonald's, Dartmouth Films, Homebase, Auto Trader, Friends of Brixton Windmill, 38 Degrees and many more.

Along the way, she’s had the pleasure of working with hologram technology, 3D printing, e-sports gaming, exhibition curation and creating a PR campaign to save a 300-year-old windmill on a housing estate.

Anna is currently studying for an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy as a trainee therapist. For her clinical work, she uses visual arts and a range of integrative theories, including Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, and techniques that fundamentally revolve around the quality of relationship at the heart of healing for clients. This work informs her insights about connecting with people on a deeper level.
